1. Scope and controller

This notice covers the Tá Marcado information website, contact with the team and the link to our external form. The controller is GD Projects, Lda., tax number 519433858, with registered office at Rua Dom Diniz, n.º 45, Burinhosa, Pataias, 2445-042 Pataias, freguesia de Pataias e Martingança, concelho de Alcobaça, distrito de Leiria, registered with Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Coimbra, NIPC 519433858 — Insc. 1, AP. 11/20260515. The platform is in prelaunch. Visiting the website or submitting a contact request creates no account, subscription or trial and does not authorise a charge. Future use of the platform has separate documentation.

2. Browsing the website

This website has no lead collection form. Contact buttons open Google Forms only when you select them. We do not embed the form or receive its responses on this application’s servers.

Hosting on Vercel processes technical data needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, browser, URL and access time. We use Sentry to diagnose errors and performance, filtering contact data, cookies and request content. We do not use session recordings, advertising or audience analytics.

These operations serve our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure website. The language preference lets us display the website in your chosen language. Also see Website cookies.

3. Google Form and contact with the team

The Arranque 2027 campaign form is managed by GD Projects, Lda. on Google Forms. It asks for the business name, your name, mobile number, city, business type, number of professionals and permission to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about the request. Information and required fields are shown in the form itself, in Portuguese. Do not provide your customers’ data or health information.

Permission given in the form allows contact about that request. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. It is not a general subscription to newsletters or other campaigns. The form gives daniel@tamarcado.pt for deletion requests; you may also contact geral@tamarcado.pt.

If you email us directly, we process your address, message and any details you choose to provide to respond to your request. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request if you intend to contract in your own name, or our legitimate interest in replying to an organisation’s representative. Mailboxes use Google Workspace.

When opening Google Forms or using WhatsApp, you also interact with external services with their own notices and technologies. See Google’s privacy notice and, if you choose that channel, WhatsApp’s privacy notice.

4. Providers and recipients

This journey uses Vercel for hosting, Sentry for technical diagnostics, and Google Forms/Google Workspace for the form and correspondence. WhatsApp contact, when authorised in the form, uses that service. Access to requests is intended for the team handling them. We may disclose strictly necessary data to meet legal obligations or handle a complaint.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their notices describe processing locations and the mechanisms applicable to international transfers. You may request information about recipients and safeguards applicable to your request at geral@tamarcado.pt. 5. Retention

Contact data and correspondence are kept for the time needed to follow up and conclude the campaign request or conversation you initiated. Closure of the request, withdrawal of permission, no further need to continue and any legal obligations or complaints determine when retention ends or is restricted. If a contract follows, necessary data becomes part of the contractual record, subject to the relevant information.

Technical records serve operation, security and diagnostics for as long as needed for those purposes and according to the relevant services’ lifecycles. Google Forms responses, correspondence and copies held by providers are not deleted by a retention mechanism on this website. 6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where legally applicable, objection and portability. You may withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time. Email geral@tamarcado.pt or reply to the team’s contact.

Requests are generally free and answered within one month. If a legally permitted extension is needed, you will be informed within that period. Identity is verified proportionately to the request. You may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority without contacting us first.

In this journey we do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

7. Changes

We update this notice when the journey or processing changes. The version and date appear on this page. Updating the text does not broaden previously given contact permission.
