1. Using the website
The tamarcado.pt website presents Tá Marcado, a service operated by GD Projects, Lda., company and tax number 519433858, whose registered office is Rua Dom Diniz, n.º 45, Burinhosa, Pataias, 2445-042 Pataias, freguesia de Pataias e Martingança, concelho de Alcobaça, distrito de Leiria, Portugal, registered with the Coimbra Commercial Registry, NIPC 519433858 — Insc. 1, AP. 11/20260515. Share capital: €500.00, fully paid up.
The platform is in prelaunch. It runs in a browser, including on mobile phones; there is no native mobile app. Features marked as in preparation, the trial and the future campaign cannot be activated through this website.
Contact requests are made through an external Google Form. They express interest in the campaign and request contact from the team; they create no account, subscription or trial and do not take payments. The price calculator is informational and is not a checkout. Any contract requires confirmation of the applicable conditions and separate acceptance.
Commercial information is intended for businesses acting in their professional capacity. Displayed amounts are in euros excluding VAT, with this stated next to the prices. VAT and the total payable will be itemised before any future purchase.
You may browse and share links to the website. You must not use the form for spam, enter another person's data without authority, attempt unauthorised system access or reproduce protected content beyond what the law permits. The brand, software and content belong to their respective owners.
We seek to keep information accurate and correct identified errors. These terms do not exclude GD Projects' legal liability for its conduct. Third-party links do not affect your rights or mean that we control those services.
Portuguese law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Jurisdiction is determined by law. Personal data is processed under the website Privacy Policy; accepting marketing is not required to contact us.
