Do I need to install an app?
No. Tá Marcado is a web platform for your computer, tablet or phone browser. A native mobile app is outside the current scope.
Can I start using it now?
We are in pre-launch. You can explore the product and request contact through our Google Form. This enquiry does not create an account or require payment.
Do customers need an account?
Customers book on your business's public page. They do not need a dashboard account; contact verification may be required to complete a booking.
Can I take payment at my business?
Yes. You can work without online payments. Charging online requires a connected and verified Stripe account. With Pro, you can set the deposit amount in euros for each service.
Is there a booking commission?
Tá Marcado does not charge commission on booking payments. Stripe fees apply when a customer pays online.
Does every professional need a subscription?
No. Each subscription covers one location and includes one professional. You can add professionals; the planned Basic and Pro offering includes individual access and prices and durations per professional.
Will there be a 14-day trial?
A 14-day trial by invitation, with no card required. Choose Básico or Pro, with 1 professional and real bookings, excluding SMS and add-ons. At the end, choose and pay for a plan to continue. Available after the platform opens; contact us for details.
